- Optimizing a handrolled S3 client
Building s3z from scratch in Rust, with the wins, the reverts and every wall I hit in between.
- Poiesis v0.2: one task, one Kubernetes Pod
Poiesis v0.1 ran a three-step task as seven Pods glued together with Redis, and v0.2 runs it as one. This is what the first design cost, and why most of it is now deleted.

- I built a TES server because I wanted to understand one
Poiesis v0.1 is out, a GA4GH Task Execution Service for Kubernetes written from scratch in Python, and this is what it does, why I bothered, and the parts I already know will bite me.

- A VPN I only pay for while I'm using it
I wanted a VPN without paying for one, and I had the AWS free tier, so I wrote one command that runs my own on EC2 and stops the bill the moment I'm done.
